DVD Own Your Own Feet: Ready? For!
A movie about the Action Programme ‘On Your Own Feet Ahead’: In association with the CBO (Quality Institute for Health Care in the Netherlands). On Your Own Feet Ahead is a national project for the improvement of both self-management and organizational care provision of young people in transition to adulthood and adult care.
Target groups
The Movie Ready? For! can be used for education and training materials. The target groups are professionals in the child and adult care, like paediatrician, rehabilitation specialists, nurse specialists, Paramedics, transition coordinators, quality employees and managers in health care.
