➜ Tijdschrift LVB Onderzoek en Praktijk – Landelijk Kenniscentrum LVB. LVB Onderzoek & Praktijk is een uitgave voor professionals uit de praktijk en onderzoekswereld. Dit tijdschrift verschijnt ieder voor- en najaar. Alle artikelen zijn peer-reviewed. In het tijdschrift worden nieuwe inzichten en ervaringen op het gebied van werken met cliënten met LVB problematiek.
● Richtlijnen
➜ European Reference Network ITHACA: Ontwikkeling richtlijn transitiezorg voor jongeren met zeldzame genetische aandoeningen en een verstandelijke beperking. Het European Reference Network ITHACA ontwikkelt een richtlijn om de transitiezorg voor jongeren met zeldzame genetische aandoeningen en een verstandelijke beperking te verbeteren. Tijdens een workshop in Gdansk van de kerngroep die de richtlijn ontwikkelt, werden de aanbevelingen uit de NICE Guideline (2016) kritisch bekeken en aangevuld. Vanuit ons team is AnneLoes van Staa betrokken, naast o.a. Agnies van Eeghen en Thérèse van Amelsvoort. De definitieve richtlijn zal in 2025 verschijnen.
● Handreikingen
➜ Landelijk Kenniscentrum LVB (2025) – Handreiking zelfrapportage LVB. Aanbevelingen voor het ontwikkelen, aanpassen en afnemen van (diagnostische) instrumenten bij mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking. Meer informatie over deze handreiking en toegang tot de downloadversie vind je op de website van het Kenniscentrum LVB.
➜ Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport: Handreiking voor professionals. Zorgovergangen voor jongvolwassenen met een LVB in beeld De handreiking brengt de zorgovergangen in beeld die jongvolwassenen met een LVB kunnen tegenkomen op weg naar volwassenheid. Enerzijds wil de handreiking bewustwording creëren en anderzijds geeft de handreiking tips voor het organiseren van een betere overgang tussen de zorgwetten.
