The ‘Talking Boards Transitional Care’ for professionals and youth now available in English!
Since presenting the ‘Talking Board Transitional Care’ for professionals in June 2022 and the youth edition in November 2022, we received signals that there was also a need for these products in English. We are proud to announce that English versions of both talking boards are now available. They may be printed, distributed and used as a tool in transition care without permission from the On Your Own Feet team.
